I hereby grant to VaynerStudios, LLC d/b/a Gallery Media Group (“GMG”) permission to use any photograph, graphic, video, material, artwork, visual or audio recording, hyperlink and/or any other multimedia content or biographical information, or any portions thereof, that I submit (collectively the “Materials”) in any manner and for any purpose GMG sees fit, in any media, anywhere in the world, without limitation as to frequency, in perpetuity, edited or altered as GMG sees fit, including, but not limited to, across all of GMG’s owned and operated websites and social media channels. I represent and warrant that (a) I have the full right and authority to grant the rights I grant herein (including from any other individual appearing in the Materials); (b) the Materials do not contain any materials owned or controlled by third parties; and (c) any use of the Materials will not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the rights of any third party, will not cause GMG to incur any fees, and will not otherwise violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations. In the event of any third party claim alleging my breach of the above mentioned representations and warranties, I acknowledge and agree that I shall be held fully liable and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold GMG harmless from and against any losses, damages or liabilities relating from such third party claims.
