• Managing Editor
  • ONE37pm is looking for an energetic, curious, and experienced Managing Editor to join our growing team. If the fast changing world of male culture across web3/NFTs, Gaming, Fashion, Sports, Music, Collectibles & Popular Culture is all of interest to you, then ONE37pm is the perfect spot. The ideal candidate for the role brings an open mind to the workplace daily, ready to get their hands dirty & learn on the fly, as the media & content landscape evolves daily just as we do. We are looking for this hire to come with experience of running an editorial team that has published content to a site, as well as understand the importance of social & modern day distribution tactics. This role will both oversee the editorial staff, as well as manage the freelance network. There will be cross collaborative work with our video & creative team, and will report directly to the Editor in Chief / General Manager. The role is based in NYC & will be a hybrid of remote and in person work. 
    • Oversee the content creation process from conception to writing through editing & publishing across platforms.
    • Supervise team of editors & writers.
    • Work with the Editor in Chief to help define ongoing editorial direction & implement across platforms so that the brand is presented on a unified front.
    • Be accountable for growth across site & newsletter via best practices including SEO & strategic growth drivers.
    • Oversee freelance network.

• Creative Director
  • ONE37pm is looking for a Creative Director who can lead a team of thinkers and doers with a strong creative vision and strategy. We’re looking for an experienced creative leader of people, someone that can inspire others, give constructive feedback to build up other creatives on the team, execute on large campaigns and take our creative to a new level as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences. One of the main objectives for this role will be to create and strategize a cohesive brand identity and voice across all platforms and client campaigns. This role will report into the General Manager, the role is based in NYC & will be a hybrid of remote and in person work.
    • Lead a team of graphic designers, video editors, social media managers, photographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables.
    • Lead and prioritize resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production departments.
    • Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives.
    • Review and approve content and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address content output goals.
    • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling content ideas and digital storytelling for visually sophisticated audiences.

• Sponsored Content Lead
  • ONE37pm is looking for a Sponsored Content Lead to join our editorial content team. If evolving culture as it relates to Sports, Fashion, Music, Collectibles, Web3/NFTs, Gaming, and Popular Culture is something that you are passionate and curious about, a role at ONE37pm will be a great fit for you.  As a Sponsored Content Lead, you’ll work collaboratively with our brand partners, writers, and editorial directors to create sponsored lifestyle content.  The ideal candidate has experience with editing and writing, and will be detail-oriented and organized, bringing a passion for lifestyle content.  The Sponsored Content Lead will manage our writers and act as a day-to-day project manager for our sponsored content team, reporting directly to the General Manager.  You will work closely with project managers, sales, and marketing teams to strategize with clients to determine goals and assets and communicate these directions from clients to our writers and editors in order to deliver high quality content that satisfies our client’s needs.
    • Work collaboratively with our writers and editors to define concepts and ideas for projects that will meet our client’s needs.
    • Work with our project managers and marketing teams at Gallery Media Group to ensure that the client’s goals are being met while also meeting the editorial standards at ONE37pm.
    • Write and edit content to be published across various platforms.
    • Manage writers and editors to ensure that the team is meeting expectations and deadlines.
    • Provide editorial feedback to writers and take ownership of the content campaigns.
    • Manage concurrent campaigns that the team is responsible for delivering on.
    • Work with the sponsored content team at Gallery Media Group to generate metrics and reports to be shared with the executive team.

• Resident Staff Writer
  • ONE37pm is looking to bring on a versatile and curious writer that understands the culture of the brand and is looking to publish volume of content. Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of the worlds of style, sports and culture, with a keen eye for the emergence of web3 technology and how it will impact these fields.
• Sneaker Staff Writer Resident
  • ONE37pm is looking for a sneaker-focused staff writer resident to help expand the brand’s burgeoning coverage of footwear. An ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the current sneaker landscape, NBA culture, the history of kicks and the emergence of new technologies in the world of footwear.
• Emerging Profile Staff Writer Resident
  • ONE37pm is looking to bring on a style resident with a special focus on writing profiles on emerging talent in the fashion world. An ideal candidate is someone who identifies bubbling trends before they explode, pays close attention to independent/small designers and keeps an eye on the high fashion landscape.

• Google Web Stories Resident
  • ONE37pm is looking to bring on a Google Web Stories Resident. If you have an eye & the ability to execute stories on Google’s emerging Web Stories platform, then we want to talk to you. Telling stories comes in many shapes and sizes, GWS is one of the newest forms of storytelling that garners an incredible amount of engagement. We are looking for someone who understands telling succinct stories with words and images. This role will be tasked with creating a volume of content across multiple topic verticals to be covered on GWS on a daily basis. 

• NFT Editor
  • ONE37pm is looking to bring on a lead editor for its NFT vertical. This role will oversee content published to the site via staff writers and freelance network. You live and breathe NFTs & Web 3.0 culture. Your knowledge of the technology behind NFTs, custodial wallets, smart contracts, and the community is top-notch. In this role you will also be tasked with publishing pieces of your own.  
• NFT Graphic Design Resident 
  • ONE37pm is looking to bring on a resident graphic designer for its NFT vertical. Deep knowledge of Photoshop or a similar program is necessary. This role will be tasked with creating a volume of content across multiple platforms. You’re a practitioner of content, and someone whose creativity knows no bounds.
• NFT Staff Writer Resident
  • ONE37pm is looking to grow its team of writers for its NFT vertical. The ideal candidate has their finger on the pulse of the space and is able to translate that through written word. Both short form and long form content will be tasked, as well as both timely and evergreen pieces. Your knowledge of the technology behind NFTs, custodial wallets, smart contracts, and the community is unmatched.
• NFT Resident Video Creator
  • ONE37pm is looking to bring on a short form video creator for its NFT vertical. You have passion for all that is happening in the Web 3 ecosystem and are able to keep up with its ever-changing pace. Curiosity should fuel your content. This candidate will be proficient in Adobe Suite or comparable programs. 

• Gaming Producer
  • ONE37pm is looking to bring on a short form content producer for its Gaming vertical. Content, content, content. Not sure if there’s a place where this rings more true than in the world of gaming. We’re looking to bring on a social producer focused on pre & post-production of our gaming content: graphic design, video editing, sound engineering, you name it. Modern-day editing skills will be necessary for success in this role.

• Full Stack Developer
