Intel Gamer Days is upon us once again! For those who don't know, Intel Gamer Days is a full-throttle gaming experience that includes events and streams to watch, in addition to a wide array of enticing deals for the modern gamer. By incorporating experiential events into the season of deals, Intel Gamer Days is much more than just an opportunity to get your hands on gear at a lower price. Come for the bargains, stay for the experiences.
From August 27th to September 5th, Intel is running the GiveFTW event, which is an open invite to get streamers and gamers together to meet daily goals and unlock prizes. This community event benefits charitable organizations, so gamers will be able to come together and unlock a $100,000 donation to The Trevor Project and Oceana. Part of what makes the modern esports/gaming community so wonderful is its commitment to welcoming everyone and giving back—and by incorporating this charitable element into Gamer Days, Intel is representing all gamers and the causes important to them. You can follow along here.
There's a ton of other cool stuff going on throughout Intel Gamer Days, including game nights, which will feature some big streamers and esports athletes gaming with the community and sharing tips and tricks of the trade.
They didn’t forget the modding fans out there. Mod Mondays—a popular Intel series—will have a special Gamer Days edition, featuring modding expert Robeytech and artist/creator ZHC as they build a rig together. Want a chance to build your own gaming PC rig? Enter for a chance to win the same components they’ll be building with. Then check out Battle of the Mods, which will feature five big-time builders pitted against each other to raise awareness and donations for charities.
