In a tournament of iconic moments, one part of this year’s March Madness stood out.
After Michigan beat Houston with a buzzer-beater, Houston’s Corey Davis Jr. stood dejected on the sideline. Before going to celebrate, Michigan star Mo Wagner stopped by the sideline to comfort Davis and give him a hug.
“It was a respect move for sure,” Davis said. He stopped and came and talked to me and consoled me and I appreciate that. He’s a good person for sure.”
