The World Cup kicks off in less than two months and we're looking at the best USMNT jerseys to wear during the competition. The Americans will head to Qatar this November and will be joined by 31 of the best footballing nations in the world.

Manager Gregg Berhalter and the U.S. will feature in Group B alongside England, Iran and Wales.

Throughout the years, the USMNT has had some incredible stars ranging from Brian McBride to Landon Donovan to Clint Dempsey.

This current crop of stars features a younger generation of players like Christian Pulisic, Tyler Adams, and Giovanni Reyna.

The Americans debuted their new kits on Friday in a defeat against Japan and that got us thinking about previous USMNT jerseys.

1. 'The Waldo' 2013 Gold Cup

The USMNT ran these out at the 2013 Concacaf Gold Cup, where they defeated Panama in the final.

In a lot of ways the horizontal stripes are quite simple but this kit delivered for many fans.

2. 'The Denim' 1994 World Cup

The 2014 World Cup saw the Americans get out of the group stage after a tough draw.

Their 'Bomb Pop' kits were quite a hit with the visual appeal of the bright red throughout the jerseys. The jerseys took inspiration from the famous ice pops that are bought every summer from ice cream trucks.

4. 'The Reverse Waldo' 2017 Gold Cup

For those that loved the 'Where's Waldo?' kits, meet the reverse version of the jerseys.

These kits are quite appealing with the red and blue color scheme.

The Americans wore them primarily at the 2017 Concacaf Gold Cup, where the USMNT took the gold by beating Jamaica.

'The Blue Sash' became an iconic jersey for the Americans after dramatically making it out of the group stage.

Landon Donovan scored the winning goal to beat Algeria in their final group stage match.

6. 'The Pinstripes' 2007 Copa America

It's only right that the Americans wore pinstripes at the 2007 Copa America.

These jerseys had a very clean appearance with vertical blue and white stripes.
