Corey Calliet shares his exercise sequence that helped get Apollo Creed in shape

The latest installment of the Rocky cinema saga, Creed II, hits theaters today, and recently we spent some time with the man behind the rippling musculature of Michael B. Jordan: His personal trainer, Corey Calliet. What we asked Calliet was simple: What’s the Creed workout? And he came through with a three-exercise sequence that you can do anywhere and will get you ripped without needing a full gym of equipment.

"You can workout anywhere and everywhere," Caillat tells ONE37pm. Jordan has been his client ever since Fantastic Four, and Calliet has worked closely with the actor, monitoring both his diet and his exercise regimen to ensure he is doing everything he can to make gains. It's a far cry from his former employment as a government postal worker. But he gave it all up to begin personal training, and now he is the trainer behind the triceps for celebrities like ASAP Rocky, Terrence J, Jasmine Sanders and more.
