This remake looks great (as we expected it to be!) thanks to a charming 3D art style. Plus the orchestral score makes the classic tunes sound even better.
The turn-based combat system and its usage of active button presses that produce extra hits and more damage is still as fun as it was back in the original game.
Being able to fill up an "Action Guage" to pull off a flashy "Triple Move" makes for an exciting addition to this game's wealth of powerful combat maneuvers.
It's just too hard to ignore instances of this game having framerate hiccups when you're simply moving and hopping around.
