Carlos has been a Brazil soccer fan his whole life—and he doesn't let the fact that he's deaf and blind stop him from enjoying the games.
With the help of his friend and sign language instructor Hélio Fonseca de Araújo, he was able to experience his team's game-winning goal against Costa Rica through sign language and a and a fabricated soccer field where he can feel what's happening through a tactile experience.
