Here's a Look at the Best Dressed Sports Announcers in the Game Right Now

A veteran WNBA analyst, LaChina Robinson serves in many different roles for ESPN including that of an analyst, play-by-play announcer, and a sideline commentator. Having previously been a basketball player at Wake Forest University herself, LaChina brings a unique perspective that blends together her roles as both an athlete and a reporter, and she effortlessly does so in style.

We first began taking a note of Cayleigh’s style when she was a sideline reporter for the San Antonio Spurs, as her fits were indeed very noteworthy. Griffin is also known to regularly tag who and what she is wearing, making her a style hero for us women who would like to purchase something similar.  At the moment, Griffin is currently a host and reporter at Bally Sports Ohio, and the Pre & Post-game host of Cavalier’s Live.

Despite it being hard for the fellas to stand out as much as the ladies, Walt aka Clyde Frazier aka the New York Knicks legend does a very good job, regularly incorporating all of the cuts, colors, and patterns. Frazier is a product of the 1970s, which was a dynamic time in fashion for young adults, and he continues to make waves just as much in 2022 as much as what he did then. Ros has been consistently gracing us with her fabulous style since her days of being a sideline reporter with the Golden State Warriors. Similar to her friend LaChina, Ros is also a triple threat having played college basketball at Stanford and on the Nigeria national team, which in turn has allowed her to do analyst, play-by-play, and color commentator work. Ros is known to regularly pay tribute to her Nigerian-roots through beautiful custom made pieces, and has showcased many memorable fits through the years. 

Maria Taylor has made a well deserved quick ascension over the past eight years or so, going from a then newly launched SEC Network, all the way to NBC Sports where she now showcases her talents as the lead host of Sunday Night Football. Taylor is a versatile dresser that can give us jeans, a motorcycle jacket, and boots while on the sideline, or a dress while in the studio.

Of course we also have to show love to the GOAT Doris Burke aka DB who has given us many great fits in the 32 years she has been on the scene. Whether DB is doing play-by-play or on the sidelines, you can rest assured that she is always going to bring her A-game with the fashion choices.

One thing about Joe Buck, he’s going to give you an epic tie, regularly playing around with colors, patterns, and contrasts. Most of the time when we see Joe Buck he is in a black suit, but on the rare occasion you will see him pop out in a lighter shade of blue. We definitely appreciate Buck’s commitment to giving us really nice suits and ties to go along with them.

Erin Andrews has been doing her thing now for over 20 years, making her mark not only as one of the all-time great sports television personalities, but as one of the all-time great sports dressers, with the sidelines being where her outfits shine the brightest. With Andrews having predominantly worked on NFL games over the course of the past fifteen years or so, she’s had to regularly adapt to changing temperatures.

Depending on the week (and her respective location), we can either see her in summer fits, winter fits, or even fall fits in-between (and she does a really good job at them all).

Despite only being 27-years-old, Malika has had a meteoric rise as a sports journalist, which includes being the host of NBA Today, and regularly hitting the sidelines for select NBA games. Not only do we have to shout out her versatile sideline and studio style, but we also have to recognize her hair game which is always attention commanding.

And last but certainly not least, Taylor Rooks. Rooks first began to be recognized for her style while at SNY, and since then her fashion has only continued to evolve. In addition to her Bleacher Report duties, Rooks also makes an appearance every week on Thursday Night Football, where she has been gracious enough to give us regular posts of her game day outfits.
