This month, designers have been presenting their latest collections in Milan, London and Paris to scores of men dressed to the nines, showing the clothes that will undoubtedly funnel into their Fall wardrobes.

They’re giving us the latest and greatest styling tips, outfit amplifiers and trends in men’s fashion. We scoured every. Single. Look. that went down the runways to see how we could incorporate the next big trend—belt bags? sneaks and suits?—into our everyday outfits. Here are eight killer ideas we’re implementing into our everyday wardrobes.

Teddy Coats

Teddy Coats have been flooding Instagram feeds and fashion articles for their cozy cocoon-like embrace, turning you into a “fashion burrito.” Call it successful marketing, but the Downy commercials come to mind. ONE37pm listed eight trusty fleeces to get you through winter, and if we’d written that article now, 3.1 Phillip Lim’s variant would be there, as well. Pair a teddy coat with a utilitarian, workman’s jumpsuit to balance the floof.

Fendi

(Kind of) Shiny Pants

Fendi’s Fall collection was laced with a subtle iridescence that feels fresh for men. When incorporated into an otherwise traditional suit, the fabric’s shine makes your suit stand out that much more like this first look that went down the runway. Your safest option? Pants: they’re less expensive than jackets and can be rotated more frequently.

Missoni

Statement Pants

Missoni’s gallery-like presentation for the season was laden with prints, color and bold pairings of the two. The standout look to steal is a strong trouser in plaid. To keep the look feeling cohesive, go monochrome with your sweater and jacket in a coordinating hue to help your funky pants stand out.

Deveaux

Cargos Over Slacks

Creative Director Tommy Ton and designer Andrea Tsao have created a collection of suiting separates for Deveaux that feel both contemporary and cool. Try this trick with a color-coordinated cargo pant and buttonless suit jacket for a laid-back but professional vibe. Tip: Opt for cargos with only a few pockets. Too many feel like overkill. And please, make sure the leg isn’t too skinny.

Shiny Leather Button-Downs

An inventive twist on the traditional button-down, patent leather or reflective PVC-like material (it is unclear which No.21 utilized) cranks up the volume on workwear. If layered under a blazer, the look is tame. But if left unadorned, you become the office risk-taker.

Prada

Double (Or Triple) Belts

Prada’s consistent styling tip, reimagined over and over through 59 menswear looks for Fall 2019 was that one belt is just not enough. Add belts (three, if you fancy) on top of a double-breasted jacket. Add belts on mohair sweaters. Add belts at the waistline even when you’re not wearing a shirt. Simply put, add belts.

Versace

Boxing Shorts

We all know that athleisure—and the combination of sportswear and streetwear—is everything and everywhere. Versace just turned it up a notch. They showed logomaniac boxing shorts, perfectly suited for the knockout ring, with a tuxedo-like jacket. The epitome of cool and IDGAF. You can snag the look with inexpensive, traditional boxing shorts, which may be more original than the Versace-labeled ones anyway.

Square-hemmed Tops

The silhouette that permeated almost every men’s collection this season was the classic, square-hemmed top. When a hemline is cordoned off at the waist in a perpendicular angle, the look is utilitarian and unfussy. Sunnei presented many examples, but this blue, smock-like top recalls the garb of famous painters in a casual-but-polished shape. Try it.
