Rockstar Games

Due to its GTA Online mode, as we approach the ten-year anniversary of Grand Theft Auto V, the game still commands a lot of attention from millions of gamers worldwide. Earlier this year we looked at the ten best cars in GTA Online, factoring in top speed, lap times, and just pure cool factor. This time, it’s time to take a look at some of the best motorcycles in the game, using some of the same criteria. Below is a list of the best motorcycles in GTA Online, their asking price, and why we think you should own them!

1. Maibatsu Manchez Scout

Rockstar Games

Asking Price: $168,750 - $225,000

If you love pulling off wheelies, there’s not much better out there than the Manchez Scout. This bike can be purchased at the Warstock Cache & Carry for $225k but if you complete the bonus objective in the Assault on Cayo Perico assault mode, you’ll get a cool $56,250 off of the asking price. Even though it’s an off-road bike by nature, it does a great job on all kinds of surfaces and it’s tough to be disappointed with a relatively cheap asking price, compared to most new GTA vehicles these days. Without a doubt, this first pick is recognized by many as one of the very best motorcycles in GTA Online.

2. Nagasaki BF400

Rockstar Games

Asking Price: $95,000

When fully upgraded, the BF400 has a top speed of 220.48 KMPH. All of that speed for less than $100k is almost hard to believe in the current GTA climate, but it’s real. This bike actually appeared way back in GTA: San Andreas, so it already had a soft spot for many gamers, but it holds its own to this day as one of the best bikes in GTA Online.

3. Nagasaki Shotaro

Rockstar Games

Asking Price: $2,225,000

Also known as the Tron bike for its design, the Nagasaki Shotaro is one of the more unique-looking vehicles in the game, certainly amongst the other bikes. After completing a singular round of "Deadline," this bike can be purchased for a hefty $2,225,000. For that though, you’re getting a perfect acceleration stat of 100.00 and a speed star of 85.58.

4. Pegassi Bati 801

Rockstar Games

Asking Price: $15,000

This is one of the most beloved motorcycles in the game by the GTA community, for a wide variety of reasons. First of all, it’s been in the game since launch day and was actually in Grand Theft Auto IV, too. It’s also hard to ignore that price tag. For what is essentially peanuts in the game, the Pegassi Bati 801 offers a solid overall of 68.11, with a speed stat of 80.48. Modeled after the Ducati 848, the bike boasts a top speed of 217.26 KMPH when fully upgraded.

5. Pegassi Oppressor

Rockstar Games

Asking Price: $2,067,669 - $2,750,000

The original Oppressor was a game changer when it was first introduced to the game in 2017 as part of the Gunrunning pack update. You can save a little over $680k by doing the related Mobile Operations mission, which is well worth it. Naturally, with this being a flying bike, it’s not available to use in regular races, but it can’t be overstated how fun it is to hit the ground at the right time to get some of your rocket boost back.

6. Pegassi Oppressor Mk II

Rockstar Games

Asking Price: $6,000,000 - $8,000,000

About a year after the original Oppressor hit the game, the Mk II version of it followed. You’ll have to shell out a few million of your hard-earned "GTA$" for it, but many would still consider it one of the better, smarter purchases in-game. You can save $2 million by completing 5 client jobs from a Terrorbyte, which we highly recommend. The key difference between the Mk II and the original Oppressor is that while the original bike needed you to touch the ground to refuel the rocket boost, the Mk II allows you to fly smoothly without ever needing to do anything but accelerate.

7. Shitzu Hakuchou Drag

Rockstar Games

Asking Price: $976,000

Based on the Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa, the Hakuchou Drag has an acceleration stat of 100.00, a speed stat of 85.31, and a handling stat of 87.88, which is highly impressive, especially considering you can pay less than $1 million to get it. What’s especially great is that this vehicle is eligible for customization at Hao’s Special Works, which is exclusive to the current-gen consoles. The upgrades here can make this car ridiculously fast and adds 49.89 KMPH to the fully upgraded top speed.

8. Western Deathbike (Arena)

Rockstar Games

Asking Price: $1,269,000

For all of the fans of The Walking Dead fans out there, the Western Deathbike is somewhat influenced by Daryl’s classic bike from the series. It’s a variant of the Western Gargoyle that’s essentially a different bike altogether, but you do first have to purchase the Gargoyle and then convert it in the Arena workshop, which costs $1,269,000 in total. When fully upgraded, this’ll have you moving at 241.40 KMPH and since it’s an armored vehicle, when fully armored, it takes 3 homing missiles to destroy it.

9. Western Powersurge

Rockstar Games

Asking Price: $1,605,000

Introduced to GTA Online last Christmas (2022), the Western Powersurge was a pleasant surprise to the GTA community. It’s fast, accelerates quickly, and handles well, which is all you can ask for in a motorcycle. For the riders that take a particular liking to stunts, the Powersurge has been known to excel in that lane too.

10. Western Reever

Rockstar Games

Asking Price: $1,900,000

Last but not least, for those looking for pure speed, the Western Reever has a top speed of 262.32 KMPH when fully upgraded, obliterating what most vehicles in the game give you. It’s based on the ARCH Method 143 and is a respected vehicle in the community, despite the relatively grand price tag. And with that, we've reached the end of our list of the best motorcycles in GTA!
