The First-Look 'Dune: Part Two' Trailer Takes Us Back to Arrakis

Well, we literally knew immediately after the release of Dune that there was going to be a sequel, and the Dune: Part Two trailer is here after being rumored earlier in the week that it would drop on Wednesday. This is just the beginning of what we expect to be a very long promotional campaign that will consist of multiple trailers, but for now here’s the first look at the Dune: Part Two, and the little bit that we do know thus far. And it's so good.

What Is Dune: Part Two About?

Here’s what we know thus far—Dune: Part Two will pick up after the events of the first film, as Paul Atreides unites with Chani and the Fremen to get revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. Atreides faces conflict between the love of his life and the fate of the universe to prevent a terrible future only he can foresee coming.

Who is in the Dune: Part Two cast?

Timothee Chalamet stars as Paul Atreides alongside Zendaya who stars as Chani. Additionally, Austin Butler will take on the role of Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen, Rebecca Ferguson will portray Lady Jessica, and Josh Brolin will play Gurney Halleck. Florence Pugh stars as Princess Irulan, the Emperor's daughter, Dave Bautista will play Glossu Rabban, the brutish nephew of Baron Harkonnen, and Christopher Walken portrays Shaddam IV, the Emperor of House Corrino amongst other notable names.
