Atlanta Motor Speedway is one of the oldest tracks on the NASCAR schedule, with its doors being opened in 1960. The track just recently underwent maintenance to shorten the track and adding a more narrow banking.

Sadly, NASCAR ran their last race in what we know as Auto Club Speedway. The track is set to be demolished this year to pave way for a new track that will don the same name.

First opened in 1961, the Bristol Motor Speedway is an iconic and historic race site for NASCAR. Hall of Fame driver Darrell Waltrip has the most wins at Bristol with an astonishing twelve first place finishes.

Although its technically not in Chicago, the Chicagoland Speedway has some of the most memorable finishes in NASCAR. Built in 2001, this is one of the newer race tracks in NASCAR.

Daytona Beach is the birthplace of NASCAR, and Daytona International Speedway is one of the sport's most iconic venues. The Daytona 500 is a must-attend race at some point in the lives of all NASCAR fans.

Located just outside of Miami, Florida, the Homestead-Miami Speedway hosts one of the most anticipated races on NASCAR's schedule. The venue was built in 1999, making it one of the newer speedways.

There are few races on NASCAR's schedule as iconic and well-known as the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Although it's only been raced in since 1994, this is a fan favorite venue.

The Kansas Speedway is a newer venue on NASCAR's schedule, with the first cup event taking place in 2001. Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon are tied for the most wins here with three each.

We haven't seen a NASCAR race in Kentucky since 2021 due to low attendance, but this remains an iconic venue. The people of Kentucky are already without a professional baseball, basketball, football, or hockey team... so why take away their racing?

Sin City opened its doors to NASCAR in 1998 and hasn't looked back since. I mean, who doesn't want to go to Vegas to enjoy some NASCAR? Certainly, you can count me in.

First opened in 1949, the Martinsville Speedway is the oldest venue on NASCARs schedule. It also clocks in at the shortest track in NASCAR with a 0.529 mile track.

The Pocono Raceway may not be the most well known racetrack on NASCAR's schedule, but humbly its my favorite name of any raceway. The track stretches 2.5 miles and is located in Long Pond, Pennsylvania.

Coming in at only 0.75 miles, the Richmond International Raceway is the second shortest track on NASCARs schedule. It first opened in 1953, making it the second oldest track on the schedule as well.

One of the most beautiful racetracks that NASCAR travels to is the iconic Sonoma Raceway. First used in 1989 for the Cup Series, the 1.99 mile racetrack has hosted some of the most intense NASCAR races to date.

There is no racetrack in the United States as famous as Talladega. From the many pop-culture references to the fandom shown every year, Talladega is an integral part of NASCAR.

As Ricky Bobby said, "If you aint first, you're last". By that metric, Dale Earnhardt has the most non-last place finishes on this iconic track with ten.

One of the more difficult tracks on NASCAR's schedule is the Texas Motor Speedway. Stretching 1.5 miles, the track is full of turns that can cause accidents combined with the intense heat of Texas.

First used for the NASCAR Cup Series in 1957, Watkins Glen International is one of the oldest and most used tracks in NASCAR's history. Tony Stewart holds the record for most wins here with a total of five first place finishes.
