NBA G-League All-Star Updates for the Week of February 9th

Jaden Hardy is only 19-years-old and already has quite the resume. He was ESPN’s top guard and No. 2 player overall in the class of 2021, was named a McDonald’s High School All-American amidst a senior season where he averaged 30.4 points, 9.1 rebounds, and 8.4 assists, made appearances at the Jordan Brand Classic, and Nike Hoop Summit, and signed with Ignite in June of last year. Hardy has had multiple 30 point games and game-winners, in a year that is being labeled as his best.

One of the top international prospects, Daniels is a product of NBA Global Academy in Australia. The young guard has a long history with FIBA, playing in the U19 World Cup, the U15 Oceania Championships, and Australia’s senior national team in the FIBA competition in February 2021. Dyson’s 21-22 campaign is already drawing NBA Draft conversation.

Currently playing on Ignite with a two-year, $1 million deal, seventeen-year-old Scoot Henderson is already generating high school buzz amongst the likes of LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, and Allen Iverson. The young prodigy is yet another rising basketball talent emerging from the state of Georgia and has a bright future that most definitely includes an NBA Draft selection (2023 to be exact), endorsement deals, commercial success, and much more.

Last but not least, we have MarJon Beaucamp, a dynamic young player who joined Ignite after a 12-game stint with Yakima Valley College. Beaucamp has had an excellent season thus far, averaging 15.5 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. Similar to his teammates, Beaucamp is also drawing Draft chatter, primarily notably for his freakish athleticism and defensive capabilities.
