You’ve probably been hearing a lot about a certain celebrity couple by the name of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce lately. And since you’ve been hearing quite a bit about them, you’ve also probably heard about the shirt Kelce was wearing when he kissed Swift while attending her concert in Bueno Aires. Wondering where it came from? That shirt, our friends, is from J. Logan Home, and if your next question is what it’s been like since Kelce wore their shirt—madness is the answer. “Every day it’s something new. A new interview request, a new store inquiry, a new client introduction,” founder J. Logan Horne tells ONE37pm. “It’s honestly just been fun to watch it play out and see all of my hard work being recognized on such a large scale,” Horne continues.

The premium home decor and fashion brand, which was founded in November 2020, is known for its luxurious and sustainable products that are handmade from repurposed authentic and vintage luxury designer scarves. With a range of meticulously designed items, J. Logan Home is committed to providing elegance, sustainability, and style to homes and wardrobes worldwide. "I like to call J. Logan Home my COVID baby. After living in Manhattan for over 15 years working in almost every facet of the fashion industry, I found myself back in my hometown of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL at the very beginning of the pandemic," Horne says, adding:

"As with many, what I thought would be a couple of weeks of quarantine turned into 9 months of living in my childhood home in an attempt to escape much of the isolation many of my peers were facing back in the city."

J. Logan Home specializes in breathing new life into heritage designer goods. The pieces are eye-catching, luxurious and sustainably made.

It was during this time that Horne began to conceptualize J. Logan Home—the inspiration stemming from an old Hermes handkerchief that he adored the print of, but simply had no use for in this new era. "I quickly began to think of ways to reinterpret these ubiquitous menswear staples, the handkerchief, the necktie, the silk scarf into something altogether new, useful and unique," he says as he explains the early workings of the brand.  With a range of intricately designed items, J. Logan Home is a committed to providing elegance, sustainability, and style to homes and wardrobes worldwide.

"J. Logan Home specializes in breathing new life into heritage designer goods. The pieces are eye-catching, luxurious and sustainably made," Horne tells me, and those exact meticulous eye-catching designs that have caught the attention of celebs like Travis Kelce. "Travis was introduced to the brand from shopping at The Webster store in South Beach," Horne explains, adding: "The Webster is the first retail store that picked up the brand in 2021 and can now be found at all of their locations across the U.S. Other clients of the brand who were introduced by The Webster include, Future, Kevin Hart, 2 Chainz, P. Diddy, Tyler Herro, Dave Grutman, Rudy Gay and The Dream."

Never in my wildest dreams could I have come up with a more fitting moment, or client, for my brand, and I am utterly grateful for the exposure it has given.

- J. Logan Horne

The Maison signature shirt Kelce wore to the Bueno Aires concert is a Cuban-styled short-sleeved silk shirt, that’s handmade and designed using repurposed authentic and vintage high-end luxury designer scarves. The Maison seen on Kelce, was produced using repurposed and authentic Yves Saint Laurent silk scarves, and as we said earlier, it’s been madness ever since Kelce was spotted in it. "I will never get over the amount of luck that contributed to Travis wearing one of my creations to that Argentina concert. As a young aspiring brand, you often dream of situations in which your designs might end up. Never in my wildest dreams could I have come up with a more fitting moment, or client, for my brand and I am utterly grateful for the exposure it has given us. Over the past few weeks we have grown exponentially. Not to mention we've gotten countless interview requests with people wanting to know more about us and how that moment came to be."

"The exposure from Travis wearing my signature Maison shirt has been enormous. The first image alone was seen by everyone due to it being picked up by Page Six and the Wall Street Journal, and it's only led to more traffic on our website." Due to the limited availability in sourcing, each The Maison signature shirt is made as a one-of-one design, as no two Maison shirts will be the exact same… adding to exclusivity of the brand."

So after this wild month or so, what’s next?

"More wild shirts, more unique products, and hopefully a lot more of Travis wearing J. Logan Home," Horne says enthusiastically.

And you can keep up with it all via J. Logan Home’s official Instagram and website.
