His content: Saintil’s craft is most in play on ONE37pm’s very active Instagram page, creating numerous click-worthy graphics daily. He creates GIFs that tell stories, legible but informative static posts and innovative social-first content like this mash-up of money and Uber and this Netflix and burning money video.

His outfit: Saintil acts as our resident hype man, spreading the lowdown on all things sneaker culture and style drops. His biggest flex? A simple pair of Levi’s jeans, a Carhartt T-shirt and Yeezy sneakers.

His role: Kevin Smith joins us from the halls of BuzzFeed, manning our Grind vertical. He’s bringing the big ideas—and a big outfit drip—to our weekly pitch meetings and guiding the ONE37pm ship toward gang-busting metrics and killer results.

His content: Smith has written those inspirational entrepreneur articles you’ve seen cropping up on the website. He wrote a piece called 7 People from Different Industries Explain Why They Love Going to Work Every Day and another called These Michael Jordan Quotes Are Hella Inspiring.

His outfit: Smith rocks a classic fire fit. He’s wearing his Supreme hat (which he often does), a Mack Weldon sweatshirt and an Alpha Industries jacket.

His role: Brian Anthony Hernandez, a.k.a. BAH, heads up ONE37pm's culture vertical, covering the latest and greatest in entertainment, gaming and popular news. He tweets like a mad man and steers the Twitter ship to steady water. BAH was one of the first people to join Team ONE37pm, and he was here before the website even launched.

His content: BAH pens a monthly New on Netflix series that you need on your radar. He has interviewed R&B singer Mario, debated thrilling 'Game of Thrones' theories and he's also interviewed Wyclef Jean, Danny Meyer, Mya, Nigel Barker and other celebrities about their entertainment careers and business ventures.

His outfit: BAH rocks green slim pants from Topman and a simple, woven belt from Nike. Before leaving the house, he quickly distributes a few drops of EiR NYC's Mane Mend hair and beard oil through his locks for extra shine.
