Pour some sugar on us. Since 1976, Def Leppard has been rocking our worlds with their classic albums and rock anthems. A major part of the British heavy metal movement that took place in the early 1980s, and a mainstay of the early MTV era, Def Leppard has in place in history as one of the world’s best-selling musical artists, with over 100 million records sold worldwide (two albums of which are certified Diamond). Helping to popularize not just heavy metal, but the likes of “hard rock,” and “arena rock” amongst others, the group remains one of only five rock bands with two original studio albums that have sold more than 10 million copies each in the US. In December 2018, the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame by Queen’s leading guitarist Brian May, adding yet another accolade to their illustrious career. Similar to what we’ve done with the likes of Metallica and Green Day, we’re going to be taking a look at all of Def Leppard’s studio albums in chronological order.

Consider this to be your personal guide to Def Leppard. You’re welcome.
