This week’s TikTok trends were a little quieter compared to some of our previous roundups, but there were still a couple of interesting challenges to hit the platform that you may want to consider trying out if you have a moment. Interestingly enough, there were no challenges this week centered solely around dancing and choreography, and in general, dancing challenges have been slowly decreasing on TikTok, so that could be something to keep an eye on in the future. In the meantime, let’s look at what trends were dominating the most over the past several days.

1. "Please Don't Go" Mike Posner

2010 was such a great year for music, and TikTok creators are reviving yet another throwback with Mike Posner’s single ‘Please Don’t Go.’ This is a super fun challenge that seems to be centered around traveling and exploring, as most creators are using the song to record their road trips, shopping escapades, and daily outings. While most TikTokers are pairing up with a friend for this challenge, you can choose to do it solo dolo if you wish.

2. "Starstrukk" 3OH!3, Katy Perry

A lot of times when it comes to relationships, we tend to get asked what our 'type' is. That answer varies from person to person, but TikTok users are using 3OH!3’s single ‘Starstrukk’ featuring Katy Perry to describe what they look for in potential relationship partners. This isn’t limited to just relationships though! For example, some people are making videos on their food types. So you can talk about anything you want as long as it’s ‘your type.’

3. "Lo Vas A Olvidar" Billie Eilish & ROSALÍA

Billie Eilish is one of the best in the entertainment industry at bringing the fun, and TikTok creators were quick to start a new trend after finding out Billie Eilish has been wearing a wig to hide her newest blonde hairstyle. Over the past week, TikTokers have been using ‘Lo Vas A Olvidar’ to reveal their latest beauty looks. This trend would be especially fun for hairstylists (or just people who enjoy doing hair), to show off their latest styles and build their following/clientele. Business or not, this is a cool challenge to participate in.

That is going to conclude this week's roundup, but as usual we'll be back next week to update you on the latest happenings in the TikTok community.
