CoolKicks Collectible Trading Platform Earns NFL Superstar Support

Sneakers hold an important status in society. They are a signal of what is relevant in culture, and a reflection of what the masses are truly motivated by. Because of the hype and fascination around sneakers and its culture, numerous high-end resale and consignment shops have popped up across the globe. CoolKicks, a sneaker and clothing store, with it’s premier location Melrose in Los Angeles, California, has established itself as one of the top-tier destinations for any sneaker head. A large reason for that is how CoolKicks continues to push the boundaries of what it means to be a sneaker store. 

MynaSwap

MynaSwap is the newest endeavor from the CoolKicks team, and is one that could reshape the future of collectibles. Users on the platform can send assets they own like shoes, watches, or other collectibles, and CoolKicks will keep the items vaulted in a temperature controlled safe. A digital asset will then be made and sent to the user, who is still able to sell the asset with the digital collectible if they choose to do so. 

The startup for MynaSwap has raised $6 million in capital, and have just peaked the attention of some high profile investors. Numerous NFL superstars such as Odell Beckham Jr. and Kyler Murray. CoolKicks is clearly at the forefront of how blockchain technology can be utilized, and we can’t wait to see how MynaSwap comes to fruition.
