Goldwin

We’ve got another set of really cool drops in the fashion universe coming your way as we conclude the first round of Fall/Winter Fashion Week in both Milan and Paris. There’s still plenty more to come as New York and London have yet to have their turn, and as you all know by now, there’s always new releases happening in style. When we first started a whopping two weeks ago, we decided on 11 as being the safe number for the amount of releases we include in this series, but it’s very quickly looking like we might have to expand that number in the near future. Some of the standouts we’ve got this week are adidas x Stella McCartney, Billionaire Boys Club, and more. You can check them out below.

Vans

Release Date: Available Now

Vault by Vans has partnered with Joe Freshgoods on a collection of clothing and shoes inspired by the story of the Black travel experience. In conceiving the collection, Joe imagined “Chocolate Valley Resort” as a log-cabin getaway reminiscent of the Midwestern winters of his youth. The resort comes to life in the collection’s lookbook, captured by documentarian Yashaddai Owens and featuring musician Barrington Darius.

Darius takes the role of a 1950s writer holed up at the resort and serves as an homage to the history and work of Black writers like James Baldwin and Audre Lorde, who themselves traveled abroad as they built their careers. The collection is led by hero apparel styles like the Resort Puffer, in soft buttercream, and Chocolate Cardigan, and can be shopped via at JoeFreshgoods.com, Every Now & Then retail location, and on Vans.com
