Everything We Know About 'TMNT: Mutant Mayhem': Release Date, Trailer, Cast, Soundtrack, and More

So check it it. The first trailer for TMNT: Mutant Mayhem just dropped today to the tune of A Tribe Called Quest's "Can I Kick It," which is just epic. The opening of the trailer shows Donatello, Michelangelo, Leonardo, and Raphael hip hoppin floppin and flying around town with the question of where they've been to which they say that they've been "running errands." Sure guys. Sure. Totally believable.

There's also nighttime talks amongst the crew about high school, girlfriends, and the likes. Ya know, typical teenage stuff. Except the TMNT crew aren't your average teens. Sometimes, they've got to kick butt. A Tribe Called Quest Style. We see a little bit of those action-filled clips that also feature stunning imagery of NYC/Brooklyn.

The trailer concludes with some more butt-kicking action and Raphael saying that "he thinks about fighting every night." A rage problem? We think not!

No clear info about the soundtrack yet, but that type of stuff tends to come out closer to the release date. We'll keep you posted for sure. With A Tribe Called Quest in the trailer, and Ice Cube a part of the movie, we'd have to imagine there's some dope music coming. We do, however, have some info about the score. According to Pitchfork, Nine Inch Nails' Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross are the mastermind's behind the film's score. The person that let the news slip? Why, Tony Hawk nonetheless. It'll be interesting to hear what these music legends come up with.
