Here we are again with yet another ONE37pm Monthly Music Roundup! This time, we'll be highlighting some of our favorite drops from the most talented emerging acts - and a special look at the very best talent that's emerging from Atlanta.

RELATED: Monthly Music Roundup: April 2023

Just like last time, we'll start with our featured section, then highlight our favorite original ONE37pm content from the month, and finish with our favorite drops.

FEATURED: Atlanta's New Generation of Cutting Edge Talent

It's no surprise to hear that impressive talent is coming out of Atlanta right now. After all, Atlanta has long been known as somewhat of a mecca in hip-hop. Lately, there has been a long list of talent who have been emerging gracefully out of the city.

Here are thirteen artists you have to know from Atlanta. Craziest part is, we're just scratching the surface.

  • J Dlux

This rapper has built up a strong reputation of talent, consistency, and innovation. J Dlux is both creative and strategic, which has proven to be a recipe for success to accomplished artists before him. Here's a look at one of our favorite videos from Lux, called "DOS."

  • Camo!

One of the most exciting acts within Lil Yachty's Concrete Boys creative collective is Camo!. The talented artist just dropped off a fresh collaboration with Lil Yachty this month, "WITH YOU." Not to mention, Drake had shouted him out in a comment on Draft Day's Instagram as well.

  • Karrahboo

Another example of a top-tier artist in Lil Yachty's Concrete Boys collective is Karrahboo. This female artist has a unique style that is exciting to listen to regardless of if you're familiar with her. Her song "Money Counter" has been on repeat in the ONE37pm office for the whole month.

  • Benji Blue Bills

Another act who's well-worth your attention is Benji Blue Bills. He's been on a hot-streak lately with his releases, and has continued to prove exactly why he's become such a talked-about talent in the Atlanta rap scene and beyond.

  • Destroy Lonely

It wouldn't feel right to put together a piece about Atlanta's new wave of top-tier artists and not include Destroy Lonely. He's done way more than just prove his place on this list; his latest album, If Looks Could Kill, debuted at number 18 on the Billboard 200, selling nearly 30,000 units in its first week.

  • Ken Carson

Right alongside Destroy Lonely is Ken Carson, who's also signed to Playboi Carti under his label, Opium. He's had humungous success in both the underground and commercially. He's dropped two albums so far, Project X, and X, both of which have become fan favorites in Atlanta and beyond.

  • Sid Shyne

Earlier this month, Sid Shyne, $odaman, and Respective Collective invited us backstage to their show in New York City, and it was eye-opening, to say the least. He put on an incredible performance, and dropped his latest project merely hours later: Poison Ivy. Get familiar with Sid and thank us later. Oh, and look out for our content from Sid's show in the next section of this piece.

  • $odaman

The day of the aforementioned concert, we found out that $odaman is blood brothers with Sid Shyne, and it makes sense: it seems that making high quality music runs in the family. $odaman put on an unbelievable set as well at the concert, and also has a notably impressive catalog of his own.

  • Yung Sinn

Signed to 21 Savage's Slaughter Gang label, we've been hip to Yung Sinn for a while now. In the time since we discovered him and his fire music, Sinn's been making strides as an artist, and he's truly beginning to himself a place in the mainstream.

  • SG Tip

SG Tip is another talented artist who's signed to 21 Savage, and has a very bright future ahead of him in the near-term, including joining 21 Savage and Drake on their It's All A Blur tour. He's paid his dues in the underground, and is clearly ready for bigger and better things. We can't wait to watch him put it all in motion.

  • Mutebaby

Once we saw Mutebaby's On The Radar freestyle, we knew we'd be fans for life. His calm, sophisticated approach was one of the best we've seen on the On The Radar series, and solidified his rightful spot on this list.

  • Quez4Real

Our list of Atlanta's best new-generation rappers wouldn't be nearly complete without mentioning Quez4Real. He's been having a big year so far, and has given every indication that he plans on continuing that trend going forward.

  • RIPXL

With a co-sign from the esteemed producer and Chaos Club founder Danny Wolf, RIPXL (pronounced R.I.P.X.L.) started off 2023 in proper fashion. It's really perfect timing for the young Atlanta rapper; he's got plenty of music worth listening to over the course of his relatively short career thus far. While he's a bit more under the radar than some of the other featured talent on this list, he's equally deserving of your attention. Here's one of our recent favorites from RIPXL, "G and P."
