In our interview, we discussed a breadth of topics, from the new sound he's introducing with Love Me or Don't to his close-knit relationship with the late Lil Keed, and much more, BSlime explained a lot to us.

If you didn't already know, BSlime is Young Thug's nephew, and goes way back with many of your favorite rappers. He's built for rap success, and his excitement about his upcoming project was contagious. In the last three months, BSlime's Spotify monthly listeners have gone up 35.2k (101.9%) and his Instagram following has grown by 12.2k (12.64%).

BSlime is a YSL young gun, whose skill, dedication to growth, and principles have put him in an advantageous position. If you were to take a look at his Spotify, you'd notice some impressive feats: millions of total streams across his music, as well as features alongside Future, Don Toliver, Young Thug, Lil Keed, and many more iconic acts.

I think I got an old soul, to be honest.

BSlime shared with us how he believes he has an old soul, proven by his dedication to bumping old R&B classics and akin old-school Atlanta hits. Considering his listening habits and his focus on unveiling his new sound, you have to wonder: what is this new sound going to be like?

On the topic of rap pioneer Lil Keed (may he rest in peace), BSlime shared just how close the two were before his tragic passing. As it turns out, BSlime and Keed were as close as can be; they were best friends way before the fame. This special friendship would only grow as time went on, and now, BSlime honors his memory every day. This was made readily apparent with the enormous Keed chain that BSlime sported to the office. It's safe to say Keed would be proud of where BSlime is at now, and where he's headed.

We've been familiar with BSlime for a while now, but if you haven't, be sure to take a look at the first single off his upcoming project, Love Me or Don't, featuring Persona Jackson. The song was released at the end of October, and is already nearing 100k streams on Spotify alone. From what we were told yesterday, it seems like we should expect the project to be released within the next few weeks.
